Frank Stavola

Frank Stavola is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping clients learn more about themselves and their personal goals. Frank was born and raised in Staten Island and understands the inherent issues with addiction among island natives and residents. Frank utilizes approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, group counseling, and DBT, with an underlying focus on Existential psychotherapy. Frank holds a Master’s degree from the College of Staten Island, CUNY in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Binghamton University, SUNY.
